Triple Berry Burst

Triple_Berry_Burst | www.smoothieburst.comI made this smoothie last week and my three year old gobbled it right up. I shouldn’t be overly surprised because pink is her favourite colour, so I could pretty much give her anything pink and she would love it. Either way, it gave me so much joy to see her so content snacking on her healthy smoothie.

Goji berries are the best! I sometimes pour some in a cup and fill it with water and leave in the fridge so they are nice and soft when I want to use them. Thanks for the comment. xo

This sounds so lovely and yes it’s pink my daughter is sure to drink this, just like you said anything pink goes and thats being proven correct as my 4 year old loves taramasalata just because it’s pink.

Too funny. I come from a Greek family, but I don’t think I was ever as brave as your daughter in the taramasalata department. But, this gives me an idea… Maybe I should try feeding it to my daughter?

Ahhhh another one of your amazing smoothies, I can never get over how beautiful and delicious your photos are!! And I still want your life, so there’s that 😉 I didn’t think about softening goji berries in water overnight, that is such a good idea, totally going to do that. Do you ever use cacao nibs in any of your cooking or smoothies?

I LOVE YOU! Can you please move to Victoria so we can make smoothies and workout together? Our little girls can play with each other too… It would be perfect! I’ve never tried cacao nibs before. I use a ton of cocoa and cacao powder but never nibs. Off to look into this now. 😉

Superb blog you have here but I was curious if you
knew of any user discussion forums that cover the
same topics talked about here? I’d really like to be a part of online community where I
can get suggestions from other knowledgeable individuals that share the
same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
    Appreciate it!
